چکیده

Theoretical prediction of Curie temperature ( T C ) is vital importance for designing spintronic devices in two-dimensional (2D) ferromagnetic materials. Herein, based on the extensive investigation Monte Carlo simulations, we summarize and propose an improved method to estimate more precisely, which includes different contributions multiple near-neighbor interactions. Using monolayer CrI 3 as example, trends with biaxial strain are investigated via mean-field formulas, our method. Our not only accurate convenient predict 2D honeycomb lattice , but it can also be extended predicting other lattices. work paves way accelerate discovery novel ferromagnets applications.

Oscillatory curie temperature of two-dimensional ferromagnets.

The effective exchange interactions of magnetic overlayers Fe/Cu(001) and Co/Cu(001) covered by a Cu-cap layer of varying thickness were calculated in real space from first principles. The effective two-dimensional Heisenberg Hamiltonian was constructed and used to estimate magnon dispersion laws, spin-wave stiffness constants, and overlayer Curie temperatures within the mean-field and random-p...

Mechanical behaviour of motion for the two-dimensional monolayer system‎

‎In this paper we study the dynamics of the 2D-motion of a particle of monolayer‎. First we consider the usual physical time component and the plan manifold R2, having the polar coordinates. Then a geometric approach to nonholonomic constrained mechanical systems is applied to a problem from the two dimensional geometric dynamics of the Langmuir-Blodgett monolayer‎. We consider a constraint sub...

Temperature-dependent magnetization in a ferromagnetic bilayer consisting of two materials with different Curie temperatures

A structure-dependent self-consistent mean-field model has been used to calculate the temperaturedependent magnetization in ferromagnetic bilayers that consist of two materials with different Curie temperatures. The magnetization versus temperature curves fSsTdg are found to be structure sensitive among the bilayer systems with simple cubic, face-centered-cubic, and body-centered-cubic structur...

Magnons in a ferromagnetic monolayer.

We report the first observation of high wave vector magnon excitations in a ferromagnetic monolayer. Using spin-polarized electron energy loss spectroscopy, we observed the magnon dispersion in one atomic layer (ML) of Fe on W(110) at 120 K. The magnon energies are small in comparison to the bulk and surface Fe(110) excitations. We find an exchange parameter and magnetic anisotropy similar to t...

Ferromagnetic Nanoclusters in two-dimensional He

He adsorbed on graphite is an almost ideal two dimensional (2D) fermionic system. The 2D solid, where the interaction between the nuclear spins S = 1 2 is due to multiple spin exchange, has been extensively studied as a model system for strongly interacting fermions in 2D. At high densities in the second layer, three body exchange dominates and leads to Heisenberg ferromagnetism. We report on N...
